Toby Harley

Toby Harley is an experienced and certified exercise professional and holds qualifications in Personal Training, Diet and Nutrition, Circuit Training and Medicine Ball Fitness. He is a passionate sportsman, with credentials in rugby (qualified coach), football and swimming. He joined Tim Hayes Lifestyle Fitness in 2010 and continues to deliver excellent results for his clients.

Toby says of his work “Personal fitness training is about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. I recognise that every client is individual and requires a specific programme to achieve their goals. It’s also about what happens outside of sessions, so I guide, not just on fitness, but on diet and lifestyle, to make sure they get the most from their sessions.”

Tara Hanrahan

Tara Hanrahan is a certified Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and Nutrition Coach who has experience working with clients from all walks and stages of life. Her clients include CEOs, new mums and the recently retired and her friendly, yet motivating and diligent style makes training with her a pleasure. She promises to reward your commitment with fabulous results – and the body that looks and feels right for you.

Tara says of her work “I love my job and my mission is to motivate clients to see that, with a personalised exercise and nutrition plan, they can transform from the inside out. I make each session challenging but fun and the reward is always a fitter, leaner, happier client as a pay-off for all the hard work.”

Gary Roper

Gary Roper has five years’ experience as a fitness instructor in well-known high street gyms and a further two years’ experience as an independently successful Personal Fitness Trainer. He specialises in weight loss, body building, general toning and core strengthening and is dedicated to exercise training and healthy lifestyle.

Gary says of his work “I believe that without good health you have limited wealth and in order to master this art you must believe in yourself. In me you will find a Personal Trainer who walks the talk and this, combined with my commitment to you and expert knowledge of exercise and nutrition, will help you reach your personal best.”

Eirene Constanta

Eirene Constanta is an experienced and certified Personal Trainer with qualifications in Gym, Kettlebell and Spinning Instruction. She is passionate about dance has expertise in ballet, contemporary, jazz, flamenco, African and kathak forms. She loves to challenge and motivate her clients using exercise routines that excite and inspire.

Eirene says of her work “Fitness is key to life, both for your mental and physical wellbeing and my aim is to make it enjoyable. So whatever you enjoy doing, I’m here to bring it out and integrate it into your programme to make it fun, motivating and achievable. I’ll also make you work for it though – we need to stir up that fitness tiger!”
